Elite Learning Academy offers child-centered educational and developmental methods emphasizing self-directed activity. We stress the importance of adapting the child’s learning environment to his or her development level and the role of physical activity in the child’s ability to absorb abstract concepts and learn practical skills.
Elite Learning Academy does not serve frozen, fried or pre-cooked meals. We prepare nutritious and fresh food. We provide reverse osmosis purified drinking water, organic milk and one-hundred percent real juices.
We have a low teacher ratio and all of our teachers have formal secondary degrees and/or experience associated with early childhood education.
The classrooms for infants and toddlers will be an “outside-dirt-free” environment. Children and teachers in the classroom will wear “inside-only” shoes. Parents and visitors will be asked to take their shoes off before entering the class-room. This prevents bringing dirt, animal urine, animal feces, fertilizer, pesticides and other unwanted substances like germs and bacteria into the classrooms where the younger age group spend much of their time crawling, playing, lying down and/or sitting.
Our playground is separated into two main areas: One area for older children and another area for children younger than age two (2).
All teachers are appropriately groomed (i.e. hair will not be loose and nails will be free of nail extensions, acrylic nails and/or long nails to maintain a hygienic environment and not cause accidental harm to a child). Teachers will be in uniform or appropriate attire.

Our purpose is to prepare students for further childhood education based on high academic standards and to encourage our students to develop themselves to their fullest capacity as competent, happy, productive individuals, family members, leaders, and contributors to their communities.
This is achieved through a heavy commitment from parents, teachers and, most importantly, the individual child, and is grounded in a philosophy of trust in individuals to seek their own highest levels.
The attributes we strive to develop within our students include:
